Standard bank here we go agian ! You just cant seem to get it right !

Standard bank you dont even deserve this one star rating im giving you! After holding on for 40 minutes 4 call centre agents still no answers . Everytime i get told wrong department. I need to know why my assurance premuim went up from R586 to R700 ? Why is this such a impossible question to answer ? I am ever so dissapointed that i took out a homeloan from Standard bank .
