Standard bank has bad plumbers

I'm utterly disgusted at the plumbing company sent by Standard bank insurance to repair a burst geyser. An arrogant plumber from Red Rhino projects . Walks into the house with a sinking attitude and worse off all no geyser to repair and I quote " I will bring one in the morning as standard bank dont pay me over time to replace geyser" . Disgusting service experienced .
