Standard bank funeral policy no assistance to cancel nobody to assist handelss waiting

I recently went online an I took standard bank funeral policy in 26 September after struggling to be put threw to speak to a consultant I was advised policy was taken in late September an some one placed debit order skipped then I call again which my debit was supposed to go off in 1 October my account was not debited

I am so tired I can not even get hold of cancelation department this is absolutely ridiculous

I am not happy please can someone call me I want to cancel
