Standard Bank Funeral Policy: *********** and useless

They decided to change the banking details on Funeral policies without my consent or husband consent. I hae been calling since December and they confirmed that everything was on track. Today when one policy was not active. 2 Policies still have banking details and cannot be changed as they need to call the owner of those banking details, I do not know what to do anymore, They are *********** and the bank is just useless. Who gave them authorization to change banking details to start with? Standard bank is useless. I hate this bank with all my being because they do not care, I have to run around for them to fix their mistake
