Standard bank funeral policy

I just realised that standard bank funeral cover added 2 kids that I never added on my policy and my beneficiary details are wrong and I went to the branch with the beneficiary because they wanted her to approve or agree. I went to Vryburg branch and as pregnant I thought they will help me fast but I ended up leaving because I waited till I couldn't wait anymore. I tried the app twice requesting a call on the app but they never called. At this point I am not in a position to go to branch and wait for long to get help. They have been deducting the money for 2 kids since 2019 and by that time I was not even having a baby.
