STANDARD BANK FUNERAL POLICY COMPLAINT

My friend had a funeral policy with Standard Bank which was supposed to pay out within 48 hours. It is 3 weeks since her death and they have still not paid out and i am left with nothing in my bank account due to her cremation and memorial costs. I thought Standard bank would be better than this - i am disgusted!!!
