Standard Bank funeral policy complaint

Funeral policy claim FNR*** Funeral claim was submitted 20/07/2021 @ Vincent Std Bank East London with consultant ***, however no feedback as yet. Numerous calls and visits to the branch unsuccessful. STANDARD BANK/UNDERWRITERS LIBERTY LIFE. YOU ARE AWARE FUNERALS ARE NOT FREE AND COSTS HAS TO BE PAID. Urgently resolve. The funeral policy was taken out over 15 years ago and I find it disgusting that this is the customer experience that standard bank has to offer!
