Standard Bank Funeral Policy Claim

Funeral policy no FUN*** Funeral claim of Kagiso Tsele was submitted at Randfontein branch it's almost a month now we haven't received any feedback or confirmation of receipt. The call center number it's a nightmare it never gets answered. Several visits to the branch were fruitless. This is the worst service I've ever seen. They are supposed to pay with 48 hours.
