Standard bank funeral policy

I started a funeral insurance in 2011 with a premium or R69 per month. The premiums has now escalated to R526 per month and the payout has not changed. I have tried to phone them , the number is unavailable. I have emailed and some woman phoned back and said they could not help me because I have to wait for the underwriter to contact me. Weeks have gone by and nobody comes back to me. It seems you just pay and pay and there is nobody who can give you a working number or email address for any form of contact.
