Standard bank funeral policy

I signed up a funeral policy with standard bank,agreed that the debit order will go off 25th July 2025...Today I receive a notification that they debited.called the contact center for them to assist,Sipho placed me on hold for 10 minutes,redailed spoke to Mosoatsi he assisted me well and pass the message to Relebohele who was assisting with the funeral policy, she assisted me well and advised that on the system it say debit date is July she doesn't know what happened but they were busy with the system she will transfer me to retentions,the lady in retentions was not friendly enough to assist. She told me that they will refund me but it will take 7-14, why should I wait that long!it's not my problem that they debited on the wrong date,why can't I be refunded today as it was not my mistake nor my problem for their mistake...

Attempt to use the services in the app for chats the worst...Ntandoyenkosi,Karabo and Faadghiria They didn't assist they just left the chats
