Standard Bank Funeral Policies Are A Rip-Off

Policies were taken out at Std Bank - it has been more than a year and we have still not received all the benefits. So much so for making things easier when a loved one passes away. Numerous emails and calls have all fell on deaf ears!! Hopefully, we get some positive feedback soon.... But then again lets not get our hopes up too high...
