I’ve never seen this kind of service before, they debuted my account and sending endless SMSs that my policies will lapse after missing 6 consecutive payments. I have tried calling them the whole week to get things in order but hold the line for 30 minutes, but when I send requests for new quotes they call me within 5 minutes
