Standard bank funeral insurance not loyal.

My grandmother (deceased) has funeral insurance with Standard bank. She passed on 14 may 2023 and we submitted all the documents on 16 may 2023.

It's been 2 weeks now waiting for payout, when we do follow ups they tell us about escalating. Poor service.
