Standard bank funeral insurance delays

I submitted a funeral claim on the 08 May 2026.All documents were in order. It's now the 13 May and we are about to have this funeral and I am still waiting on the money. Standard bank claims the money has been paid to Mt SB account but I have not recieved any an agent confirmed this. I have called about 5 times. I had to use my savings. Now what's the use of even having insurance!!?
