Standard Bank funeral insurance claims

Good day Please assist my mom has a funeral insurance plan with Standard Bank, on Wednesday 18/06/2025 we went to the bank to claim the funeral cover money we provided all the documents at Standard Bank mam’s mall and the consultant told us that we were going to receive the money after 48hours, today is Monday 23/06/2025 and the money is not yet in , we too loans just to ensure that the burial takes place while we waited for the policy to payout currently we are in the bank waiting for the claims manager to respond while the funeral service guy is on our necks, we join funeral insurances to relieve stress in difficult times but Standard Bank increases the stress in your time of need , please assist maybe if hello Peter intervene we would have a solution and my mom’s payout approved.
