Standard Bank Funeral Insurance Claim

I made a funeral claim at Standard Bank Insurance on 06/11/2024. I was told the money will be paid out within 24 to 48 hours. It’s the 10th of November and they still haven’t paid out. I’ve been following up with them ever since I made the claim, they confirmed receipt of all the documents. They don’t even notify you of the progress of your claim, you have to keep calling them.

I would not recommend getting a funeral policy with them, they have no customer service and they don’t care that you need the funds to prepare a funeral for your loved one.

Standard Bank Insurance does not even deserve one star.
