Standard bank funeral insurance

Hi

I’ve been at the standardbank mall@lebo branch Lebowakgomo Limpopo and submitted my funeral claim form after the passing of my mother the weekend of the 20th with all the attachments.

no ref.. nothing!

This was on Thursday 24th June 2021 and informed that it’ll take 48 hours, so how is it that none of you bothered to communicate with me as a client and days passing as it has?? I took up this product to help in such and after this is what I get from your company after all this talk to talk you do?? This is disappointing and *sad!*

Almost an hour with no soul picking up my calls! Disappointing.. Drove to the Pretoria north branch and still had to sit as they too couldn’t get anyone to pick up…mxm The next day after I asked the kind lady to call your insurance department and connect me she did but with such a poor poor connection that it just cut off, I called again and after almost an hour again with no soul picking up…

Why am I not updated and when are you paying out??
