Standard Bank funeral cover is not good at all!!!!

Standard Bank funeral cover is the worst that I have ever experienced. In your time of need where they promised to pay within 48 hours, it's now been a week and they have all the information.

They never keep you in the loop of required documents or the status of your payment. I have called their call center many times and the consultants have got nothing to say but sorry.

I buried my father without their assistance and still waiting for my payment.

My siblings got their payment from other banks within 24 hours with the same documents submitted.

Do not buy a funeral cover at standard bank
