Standard Bank Funeral Cover

I have been making numerous phone calls to your call center and even sending numerous emails to your Funeral Claims department asking for my policy document!!!!!!!!! I open up 3 policies for my brother, father and myself, only one policy document was emailed instead of 3, they are all running independently why haven't I received the rest. Anna *****ya assured me I would receive all my policy documents. Working with Standard Bank IS A PAIN.........YOUR SERVICE SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!
