Standard bank fix your situation

Very disappointed with standard bank and its employees, more special this one of Siphesihle Khumalo. He treat customers as if he own this bank. Mybe is the way he was trained to treat us like trash.

I made a claim for small dent and scratch. I was advice to send supporting document of which I did. On 01/10/2019 15:07 I called for follow up n spoke to this rude consultant with a name of Siphesihle Khumalo. He advised me to do quotation and send back to him. He sent 3 different panel beaters where I have to do quotation. Yesterday 14/10/2019 I took a leave at work to go an find that quotation. I spent my day my petrol for nothing as all the panel beater are not operating on the addresses that I receive, even the contact details does not exist. Standard bank must take us serious and stop with their tricks Below is the email I received from Standard bank insurance
