Standard bank

I have been try get to the bank for few days in this month .every time its impossible to stand for so long outside and then inside the que.i working alone and could not spending 3 or 4 hours of my time a day to try get help.i just came back from The Reds mall in centurion stand there for 40 min .not 1 person moved inside never mind all people inside the bank in 40 min get up from they waiting chair.when some one came out ask people what they came for.i ask the lady how long more then less its will take for people inside she say around 2 hour.then we still have que of 8 outside so around 4 hours i must stand there?.i phone to the bank was hanging now over 30 min in total to get some one answer from bussines acc .still no luck.i need to close my bussines acc thatß all.why its can not be done over email or phone call.really ? Very angry client right now
