Standard Bank exploiting elderly clients

Wow! I posted a complaint on hellopeter on 17 June 2021. Standard Bank committed to having a consultant make contact. It is over a week now, and there has been no contact made. A true reflection of the commitment and level of service provided by them. I am posting a new comment now, hoping that maybe someone else will read this and take the matter up.
