Standard Bank Excuses ,not settling claims

Standard bank is refusing to pay my husband funeral policy and they are dragging and giving lame excuses for their delays .When you taking our monies from our bank accounts ,you have no problems and you are quick to do that ,but when it comes to claiming ,you always try to duck by the finger ..I will expose you for this unfair treatment .Just do the right thing ,funeral cover money is suppose to be paid to take care of funeral expenses and now if you pay the claim well after the funeral ,that then defies the whole logic of having the funeral cover in place then .If you do not want to pay ,you might as well keep the money and let it build on your profits that you make by deceiving the poor
