Standard Bank

I’m very much disappointed at standard bank. I took out a funeral cover for my mother in July 2007 for R30000 fast forward to August 2023 when I submitted my claim I only received R10000 mind you I have been banking with them and also my salary gets paid through them so there’s no way I could have skipped a payment I have called and also sent emails and never received any help and because of standard Bank I was not able to give my mother a dignified funeral because I had to borrow money from friends and relatives and I’m still owing some of the service providers
