Standard bank don't want to pay my mother funeral

It's been weeks that they escalated the claim for my mother insurance policy. I always write in their Twitter account but they keep on saying there are busy with it. My mother didn't get funeral policy for my late brother. My mother did her claim on 17th june 2021 until now no payment always says it's been escalated.
