Standard bank does not want to replace geyser driptray

Our geyser broke on 19 July 2017, reported in 20 July. They were quick to respond and replace the element on 21 July.

HOWEVER when the plumber drain the geyser they realised that the drip tray was cracked. We phone 5 times to enquire when will the work been completed. Report it to complains department, promise to come back. Ceiling must still be replaced as well as the drip tray. I am a faithful Standard bank client for more than 20 years in this house, with several accounts at Standard bank. I am disappointed with their treatment and expected more to fix it to its original state. My further responds with regards to my accounts at Standard bank will depend on their quick action to solve the problem. Claim nr 17/054249.

Gerrie Engelbrecht

I sm still disappointed in Standard bank to respond after 15 days or 25 days after the claim.
I sm thankful yhat the driptray is now fix, ladt Friday. Criling must still be fixed. I still think that the customer service was poor and the matter of driptrays is partvof the insurance. Standardbank must stop bullying their clients to try and save money.
Admitting does not make things right.☹️☹️☹️
