Standard Bank Does Not take Its Customers Very Serious

I have been trying to get hold of Standard Bank to review my Life Insurance as is a bit too much and also check if Ooba is the under writer of Standard Bank as I also have the Life Insurance with Ooba that covers same things as the one I have with Standard Bank and I have been send pillar to post so basically I am paying very high amount for these duplicates 2 companies and need answers urgently so that I can cancel one of them and I want Standard Bank to lower my premium.
