Standard Bank do not care........

The Rejection to my Standard Bank Insurance claim continues......

In there latest response to my claim request 23/034057 that only but respond with the same statement that my garage door fell onto my vehicle as the cable came loose. Did they send another assessor to review the one the original assessor did...no. So im not sure how they managed to do this.

In the past 13 years bonded with this bank and spending +-117k on insurance fees there response to a loyal client is to get lost.

Is this how treatment is given to someone who have banked with this institution for more that 30 years.....
