Standard Bank, disgusting service rather no service

Standard Bank Insurance is actually pathetic, they never delay when charging customer but never feedback when there are claims. I'm on the verge of cutting all business with Standard bank, including moving my home loan to another bank. I'm so sick of their lack of service. They booked time for assessors to come out to my house on Tuesday last week, they didn't picth, then Wednesday they pitch and tell me I must waterproof myself while they get back to me. What bull****. What the hell am I paying insurance for???
