STANDARD BANK DESPERATE FOR HELP AND FEEDBACK

I am completely disappointed in the level of service I have recieved from standard bank insurance . I have building insurance with them and was badly affected with the recent floods in June. I Have been following up constantly with the claims department and all I've recieved is constant run around with no feedback. I have been waiting for call backs which I never recieve. I am a single mum with two small kids. The whole house was badly flooded inside and damage was also caused on the structure of the building as well as my gate which is causing me tremendous stress as it is a huge security risk. Their lack of communication and professionalism is appauling. I had claims with momentum insurance as well which have all been finalized and I was extremely please with their service. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP ME!
