STANDARD BANK DEDUCTS FUNDS OFF BANK ACCOUNT DESPITE POLICY BEING CANCELLED

My husband took out a building insurance policy with Standard Bank yesterday, 05/06/2021 however, when we received the policy documents, we found that Standard Bank were not truthful with their excesses and told them to cancel the policy with immediate effect. Despite our cancellation instructions, Standard Bank still went ahead and deducted funds of my husband's bank account for the policy.
