Standard bank debits account without authority

Standard bank offered me home insurance last year. I declined as I arranged alternative insurance. They went ahead and debit my account in any case. It took me 2 months just to get hold of someone who could attend to my refund request. 3 months later I still haven't received my refund! My emails are not being responded to. Pathetic service.
