Standard Bank debited more than what was agreed on

Funeral policy debited way more than what I agreed on . I have been paying for my policy from 2024 .in 2026 they sent sms saying my sons birth date is incorrect went to check at the bank the lady who assisted me said no everything is fine . Than I asked her to check how much will it be if I add my mom she checked and said it’s expensive about R765.54a month than I said that’s a lot for what I earn at work please do not add it the next thing on my pay day they debited R93.98+R765.54 that I did not agree on there was no paper signed and no debit mandate made to add the R765.54. I went to a Standard Bank and the gentle man helping me said they cannot refund I asked him why can’t you since I did not approve on this they took my money without my approval. They than said they will call the funeral policy department and the answer they come with is they have escalated they are not sure weather I’ll be refunded. That money was the money I had to pay my daughter cresh with and I told they did not even tell me when to come back for the feedback
