Standard Bank Credit Life will prey on the innocent!

Before the last year of paying for my car I lost my job June 2020, luckily I had a policy with Stansard Bank for just in case that happens... they were financing my car. I claimed for them to cover my installments and was told they will pay for 6 months, which if still haven't gotten employment I should let them know then they will pay the remaining 6 months. When it was time for them to honor the 2nd payout in Apr 2021 I was told they only pay 6 month for loss of employment. I asked for proof and copy of phone conversation, lady who was helping me dropped call on me saying she'll connect me to technician to get proof of conversation, I don't want to say her name wrong. All to find out, she was the same lady who told me this information about my payouts... sad thing for me is that the next person to help me get the copy of conversation also promised I'll get after few day and I waited still now nothing. Instead, std bank Vehicle Asset Finance sent collector to come take my car which only was behind on payment for 2 months because I started paying my own installments in July 2021 first week, being unemployed as I still was, I was left with less than r30 000 to finish car. I told them by July month end I'll cover areas, they refused to leave my house without my car and was told I am being given 10 minutes to pay or I give them the keys. 10 minutes I tell you! This time I had just arrived at home with my partner and it was even less than 20min of that and they wanted my almost paid up car on orders from std bank vaf, std credit life still no where with my monies or proof of conversation when selling me the policy. My partner helped me pay the R7000 that was in arrears coz there was no way I was giving them my car.
