Standard Bank complaint

Good day. Are there any help with Standard Bank Insurance. This is our claim no 21 058577 and they need to come and fixed our tiles in the Kitchen. Been phoning them 8 time. They just don't send the plumbers. There are just no surveys. But they take your money every month and don't want to fixed any thing. So can a person say they ***** your money.
