Standard bank claim outstanding

<p>Hi Hello Peter,</p> <p>I have been waiting for my standardbank storm claim to be sorted out for the 6 -7 weeks and still nothing concret has come of it, all I get from the agents is that they are waiting for the claim report. 2 weeks ago I called in and they had the report and provide me with the results and confirmed that the claim was going to the internal review. Today I call in and now I get the same information I received on the 8 August 2016 they are waiting for the report. I am very disppointed with the service I have received not even a call with progress report. Very bad client focus shown.</p> <p> </p> <p>Br,</p> <p>Eugene Jugdeo</p>
