standard bank claim

I was using a standard bank broker and they treated me badly with their sevice.they wrote my car off and take it away from me.i spended lot of airtime calling to return my car nd their buy back option took 65% plus extra aceess fee I was left with nothing.their reason is my car is un economy reparable hence my premium was up to date
