Standard bank Causes me to loose my car and house content insurance due to staff for Christmas .

Good day ,can I please have a reason why I was not allowed to query you're increase in installments on my car and home insurance,and why am I not allowed to ask for a redused amount,de to you're staff not assisting me waisting time I'm without car and house content insurance,I could not get any at other companies,due to cancelation from staff member ,they had to do the debit order and then , sorry cancell and here your instalment in thanks for telling me in such a way to go to hell,not letting me be able to explain why I put the cancellation in ,but it took so long to get assistance I'm without insurance from standard bank ,Ive lost quotes from other companies df ye to the debit order that went off ,
