standard bank car insurance ( worse)

i will never recommend standard bank insurance to any one in particular Stansure!! what a disgrace i was involved in a accident on the 16 of june they had an investigator which investigated the case and after his foundings recomend that they pay out they kept quiet after that 3 months later they came back and rejected my claim and gave me no proof as to why they rejected it, lets make them famous i sent carte blanche an email to investigate them, the promise us a good and fair service delivery when it comes to time they reject without any compensation so my question is to how many other people have they done this to and left them with debt to deal as where their promised to deliver their services!!!!.......

lets shame them, unfair insurance need to come to an END!
