standard bank car insurance poor serves

Good day I had an accident last year September if not mistaken .I have insurance with Standard bank insurance. I claimed the claim was approved ,but I was told only the panel beater phoned and told me that it was approved they are coming to take the car for repairing at Kadbro. Yunus the owner of Kadbro came with a towing truck to tow the car from my home .After some days i went to Kadbro to check for my car. When i got there I found that my car was stripped and they were busy with it to check for damages .The owner Yunus told me that he got an email saying that the was written off which i was never told together with him. He than said he will ask the assessor about what was happening because he has already started with the car .Days went by still nothing from the insurance, I always go and check for it whenever I get a chance. Weeks passed ,months passed still nothing than Yunus said he is finished with the car which is last year ,than more problems started because he had some additional he must get to complete the car. Instead of putting money for those additional he was told why he fixed the car that was written off. I than went to Standard Bank branch in Newcastle to lay a complaint. When I phoned I was helped by the lady named Refile Bawela who promised to help me because she sees that its been long since I lodged the claim and it was approved. She said she will talk to her superiors and the assessors and phoned me .I waited and waited till I decided to call them again still one and the same answer still discussing we will get back to you that's all until they gave me 2 options, which is 1.buy back settle with cash .I than chose the settlement for cash because they said its going to be faster since i waited for a long time .After choosing the settlement than again they are still discussing, waited again and after a while Yunus said he will sell my car because they are not paying and the car is invading his space on his yard. The car than was than taken to corolla for checkups because it was not starting waited again and still waiting even today I'm waiting even have all the emails from them of my waiting.im so very disappointed about Standard Bank insurance please i need assistance on what to do because they are not taking me serious I need my car .please assist.
