Standard Bank Car Insurance

I had a car accident on the 7th of December 2022 while insured with Standard Bank Insurance. I put in a claim, which was approved on the 15th of December 2022. After the approval of the claim and assigning of panel beater, standard bank excused themselves from my case and as i am typing this today i still do not have my car. I have been calling and calling trying to understand why is there no movement on the repairs but everyday i get to speak to different consultant who starts the process from the beginning which has been frustrating. i do not recommend standard bank insurance.
