Standard Bank Car Insurance-

My car has been with the repair shop since the 9th of September. I hardly get any feedback from the insurance, unless I email (where then you are lucky if you get a quick response) I have phoned the panel beater today out of pure desperation- according to Jose at Precision and Sons my car has been ready for more than a week now- they are waiting for sign off from the insurance. What the heck?! MY CAR IS READY. Dear Standard Bank insurance- PLEASE RESPOND TO THE EMAIL FROM PRECISION. I want my car back by the latest Friday. This is ENOUGH!!!!!
