Standard bank Can't solve my case

My previous review bares reference: (I have a personal loan with the bank and in 2017 I lost my job. I made arrangements in 2018 to pay the loan because I couldn't afford it any longer. 2020 just before covid I had a heart attack and asked if I could claim from the credit life facility but was denied the request. I asked if they could then cancel the credit life but they refused to. Until today I pay a R400 credit life insurance installment which I will never be able to use. And to make matters worse I am still unemployed and paying my agreed installment.)

According to Standard bank, the policy has been cancelled in 2018 according to their records. I recently went to them to draw a statement on the account and it shows that since then I have been paying for the credit life facility and I have not stopped paying for it when it was cancelled. Since I've made the arrangements in 2018 I have only been paying the interest, the credit life and an admin fee. I am considering legal action.
