Standard Bank Call Centre

Good Morning

The Standard bank call centre is not helpful at all i have been on the phone holding for more than 30 mins even though i choose the right options. One person will answer the phone and transfer you to the next and the next one will also transfer to the next one in counting i have been transferred to more than 6 people with no assistance. I am really disappointed by the customer the call centre at standard bank it is actually horrible.
