Signed up for a life cover - Next day cancelled as when the policy documents were sent,the sum insured does not increase.long before the first debit order went off i had i send and email and called and cancelled the policy - 2 debits orders later - the policy is still not cancelled.when you call them they say they dont have access and they will send an email - on every call this is the same tune they sing. policy Agreement number SLA00729. called again this morning 14th July 2020 @ 10.41 - trying to avoid the debit order and confirming the policy is cancelled - they tell me the same thing that they dont have access and has to send an email to that team.
