Standard Bank Building Insurance - worst client service EVER

Standard Bank Building Insurance, I have never experienced such horrible client service before. Calling in to log your claim works well, but getting any of their agents to actually follow through with your claim is like asking for a Miracle. I have dealt with 4 of their agents and once the requested documents were sent through, absolutely none of them were able to fulfill the claim that was lodged. I lodged my claim on 8 September for a geyser that burst in my home. It happened early hours of the morning over a weekend and we got a plumber out to replace it. He gave us all the necessary documentation to submit to the insurance. Monday I called the insurance spoke to an agent (Matsheki Mosebi), she sent me an email listing the documents needed. I also cc'd in their claims mailbox (***). Once all documents were sent through I followed up a few times a week later and no response. I then called the claims line again, dealt with another agent (Thulisile Miso) went through the same process sending documents etc. She then told me she will process the payment and send it to finance. After a week no communication again from them. I again followed up and no response from that agent. I then called the claims line again, dealt with another agent (Keabetsoe Phenya) went through the same process sending documents etc. and once again radio silence, after following up. then called the claims line again, dealt with another agent. Each of the agents claim to have never received my documents yet individually responded to me with my initial email. Its been more than a month, countless emails, calls and airtime (money) wasted trying to get these people to deliver a service that I pay for monthly. I have honestly never experienced such bad client service in my life and wouldn't recommend Standard Bank Building Insurance to anyone. I can't believe the total disregard for all my emails and calls by all these agents from such a reputable company.
