Standard bank Building Insurance which I never joined for a Home Loan
Our home loan was approved by Standard Bank; however, I joined an independent building insurance provider to cover the Property. All papers were in order with the Bond Attorney that we (me and my wife) will be joining an independent building insurance.
To my surprise after a few days after the approval of the home loan, Standard Bank has automatically made me join their Standard Bank Building Insurance. We are even receiving their newsletters and insurance papers.
We never agreed nor signed any papers to join Standard Bank Building Insurance. They are always ignoring my emails and dont want to remove me from their insurance.
