Standard Bank Building insurance sucks

I am lodging a claim against buildings insurance with Standard Bank insurance limited, I tried lodging the claim via the standard app and it failed on numerous occassions, ended up trying to lodge the claim via their call centre, I have been holding on the lien for over an hour with no help in sight, standard bank insurance servicing is terrible and pathetic, my house is flooded due to pipe problems and roof leaking and standard is unable to help yet i am paying every month and have been paying for the past 5 years, im livid
