Standard Bank Building Insurance SIL

Standard Bank Building Insurance SIL Department feedback is really pathetic. Their providers damaged my roof, it's a struggle to get feedback from this company. They take clients money and fustrate them. My enquiry was escalated to their complaints department since then no feedback. They do not respond to my emails, just pathetic. Worst Insurance company ever...their customer service is really bad. A claim logged in November 2023 still trying to resolve the issue. Clients pay for this type of service. Please cancel this policy and refund my premiums, I will move to one of your competitors which will be much better.
