Standard bank building insurance is Terrible

So Standard Bank Building Insurance. Absolutely dreadful service, the agent that's dealing with your claim never contacts you, you have no contact information for them.

Everytime you phone you deal with a different Consultant, who accesses your claim based on what information is in front of them, not knowing everything that's been going on

They look for every reason not to pay your claim out, I've had two different sets of plumbers from the insurance come out to access the problem in my bathroom, and suddenly according to Standard bank insurance, a shower bed is not part of sanware when it serves the same purpose as my toilet and basin, its not a waste pipe that you claim it is, its the actual shower bed, and it's not a maintenance issue as you're parading it when I can't get to what's damaged to maintain it without ripping out my shower. Absolutely ********** service to be honest, quick to take my premium, but don't want to pay when there's a problem, why do we have insurance when there's a legit problem and you refuse to assist?
